PHC Tech creates digital solutions to improve the interconnection and coordination of whole of person care across the health system. Our flagship product is the Our Care Connected personal health record and care integration platform.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations in Australia.

You must not:

• Engage in unlawful, misleading, or abusive conduct

• Interfere with the proper operation or security of the Site

• Use the Site to distribute unsolicited messages (spam)

• Attempt to access protected areas of the Site without authorisation

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms.

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this Site (including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and software) is the property of PHC Tech or used under licence.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

This Site is built on and hosted by Wix.com. Your use of the Site is also subject to Wix’s own terms of service and privacy practices, including data handling, performance, and availability.

We may include third-party apps, widgets, or integrations (e.g. booking tools, payment processors, or analytics providers). We are not responsible for the terms or accuracy of third-party services.
